Camping

Our clean pristine camping resort (30/50amp service) is located in the Southern part of Huntingdon County approximately five miles from the Weaver Falls or Tatman Run Army Corp of Engineers public boat ramps, as well as Trough Creek State Park. We offer complimentary dry boat parking for one boat or one jet ski while you are a registered guest. Our standard rates include up to two (2) guests. Up to two pets are free at the camp sites, with proof of rabies vaccination. If you invite an unregistered guest to the camping resort, there will be an additional fee. Due to our insurance regulations, you may not invite your guest's pets!

While at our resort, please enjoy our game room, play some of our outdoor games or swim in our beautiful pool. We are open for campers from May 1 to November 15. Most of our sites include water, sewer, electric and wifi. The following is not included in your daily rate: Extra air conditioners, outdoor refrigerators, outdoor flood or spot lights, drag cords, or anything not related to your RV cord. Additional examples: electric grills or cookers, indoor electric heaters or fireplaces. An additional daily fee of $10.00 will be assessed if an electric drag cord is plugged in without management's approval. Otherwise, the daily rate for extra air conditioners or electric outdoor refrigerators will be $5.00 per day.

Amenities include the use of our pool, outdoor games, play structure, game room and resort activities.

Holidays

All Holidays have a 3-night minimum. If you book for less than 3 nights, your reservation will be automaticall cancelled. If you need less than 3 nights, please call our reservation help desk at 814.477.1005. We may be able to accommodate you if there is last minute site availability.

  • July Fourth - Independence Day (6/27 - 7/10)
  • Labor Day (9/2 - 9/5)

Discounts

Military Discount: If you or your dependent spouse carries a Common Access Card (CAC) or Uniformed Services ID Card, you may be eligible for a 10% camping discount. The card must be presented at check-in and the holder must be present. This discount applies to camping sites, cabins and lodges. No additional discount for extra people, extra pets, outdoor appliances or any personal use items. Only use the Military Rates if you can present your CAC or Uniformed Services ID card at check-in. No exceptions. (Discount will apply to: Active-duty military personnel, Retired military personnel, Active Reserve and Retired Reserve.) Add CAC at the end of your reservation to receive the Military Discount. No other discounts are applicable within the Military Discount.

Weekly Discount: Stay 6 nights; Get one free (value = $29.99). Add the code: Stay7 at the end of your reservation.

Monthly Discount Rate: $700 plus metered electric

CAMPGROUND GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All camping rates include up to eight (8) registered guests. The rates include the first two (2) guests and two (2) vehicles or one (1) vehicle and one (1) boat or boat trailer. One vehicle may be parked at your site. A vehicle is anything with an engine and two (2) or more wheels. Extra vehicles or boats will incur a daily $3.00 parking fee and cannot be parked at the camping site. A parking spot will be assigned.
  • Up to two (2) family pets are free. You must provide proof of rabies. Pets must be registered. Pets are admitted at manager's discretion.
  • One (1) camping trailer or pop-up on a campsite. NO TENTS ARE ALLOWED ON YOUR SITE.
  • Two (2) night minimum stay for all campsites on weekends. Three (3) night minimum stay on holidays.
  • Day guests are $5.00 each (plus $3.00 per vehicle) and day guests who decide to stay later than 11:00pm will incur an additional fee of $10.00 each, regardless of age. Management has the right to limit guests and vehicles. All guests must be registered and must park in assigned guest area. Guests are not permitted to drive in the campground unless they have permission and a valid handicap parking pass. Guests are not permitted to bring their pets into the campground, including keeping the pet in their vehicle.
  • Any outside appliance or device that uses electricity is $5.00 per night. No exceptions. Any outside device or device that uses electricity should be declared and paid for at check-in. If it's found that this policy is not adhered to, management will automatically charge $10.00 per night to your credit card on file.
  • Each RV is entitled to one air conditioner. Extra air conditioners are $5.00 per night. No exceptions. Undeclared charge will be $10.00 each, per night.
  • Camp fires must be contained inside of your fire ring. Fire pits may not be moved or modified. Do not burn garbage or leave any unnatural materials inside of your fire pit. Firewood is for sale or you can bring your own.
  • Complimentary WiFi. Phone available at office for personal use.

TENTING SITE GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Pets: Pets may not be left at the tent site if you are not present.
  • Tent Site is available for one group that will pitch 1 - 3 tents. There is a fee for each tent.
  • One (1) night minimum stay Monday through Wednesday. Two (2) night minimum stay for all tent sites on weekends. Three (3) night minimum stay on holidays.
  • Group tent site is primitive. Bathhouse is close to the site.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation received more than 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive an 80% refund.
  • Cancellations received between 89 - 31 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.
  • Guests can reschedule their stay without losing any of their fee for a rebooking fee of $25.00.
  • Holiday Cancellations: No refunds or credits issued.

Cabin & Lodge Policies

** Important Information: When checking in, we "capture" a security deposit which will automatically "drop off" of your credit card after the cabin is cleaned and no damages are found. Please do not use a DEBIT card to do this transaction. The funds will be automatically be "captured" from your checking account. Any time that you use a DEBIT card to pay for your reservation the same applies. The money is taken out of your account immediately. It is highly recommended that you DO NOT use a debit card when making a reservation. We cannot reverse the transaction and it may cause other transactions to have insufficient funds.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Little Valley Log Cabin & Black Bear Cabin
Terrace Mountain Lodge (Cottage)

  • A maximum of six (6) people are permitted in any cabin rental. No groups under the age of 21. Please present your photo identification at check-in. The rates includes the first two guests and two vehicles; one can be parked at the cabin. Extra vehicles or boats will be parked in an assigned parking area. More than two (2) vehicles or one vehicle and one (1) boat or boat trailer will incur a daily parking fee of $3.00
  • We can provide bed linens, bath and pool towels for an additional fee of $25.00 per person, per stay. All mattresses have a vinyl zippered cover. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring all bedding, including pillows, bath towels and pool towels.
  • All rental units are non-smoking. Smoking must be at least 20 feet from cabin. There will be an automatic $250.00 damage deposit fee taken if the cabin has been smoked in. No exceptions.
  • Pets: Family pets will incur a daily fee of $20.00 per pet. You must provide proof of rabies. Pets must be registered. All pets must be treated for fleas. If fleas are found, there will be a fee of $150.00 to hire an exterminator. Pets are admitted at manager's discretion. All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6' long.
  • If you have a pet in any cabin or cottage, you will be required to clean up after the pet and remove pet hair from the floors and carpet. Excessive pet cleaning will result in an additional fee of a minimum of $75.00.
  • Tents cannot be setup at any rental unit.
  • Two (2) night minimum stay for all rental units on weekdays or weekends. Three (3) night minimum stay on holidays.
  • Day guests are $5.00 each (plus $3.00 per vehicle) and day guests that decide to spend the night will incur an additional fee of $25.00 each. Management has the right to limit guests and vehicles. All guests must be registered and must park in assigned guest area. Guests are not permitted to drive in the campground unless they have management approval and they have a valid handicap parking pass. Day or overnight guests are not permitted to bring their pets into the campground, including keeping the pet in their vehicle.

Terrace Mountain Lodge*

  • When you arrive at the lodge, the comfortable bed(s) will be made and ready. All bath towels and swim towels will be in the linen closet. The kitchen will be fully stocked with kitchen towels and dish cloths.
  • The Squirrels Nest can house up to ten (10) people; the master bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed; the third bedroom has a two sets of bunk beds. The living room also has a queen bed. All of this for up to 10 occupants. No groups under the age of 21. Photo identification will be required at check-in.
  • The Squirrel's Nest is on the second floor of the building and is not handicap accessible. You will need to be able to climb a set of steps.
  • The Squirrel's Nest has a great room and a living room. This is a one-bath unit. There is an additional bathroom on the first floor in the bathhouse. The kitchen has all of the modern amenities. Pet friendly.
  • Chippy's Den has additional space for up to two (2) people and is on the first floor. There is one step to the restroom. Everything else is level. Pet friendly. Please send an email to fourseasonscamping@gmail.com to indicate which beds need to be made.
  • Two (2) night minimum stay. Three (3) night minimum stay on holidays. No split weekends.
  • Extra Day guests are $5.00 each and extra overnight guests are an additional $25.00 each, regardless of age. Management has the right to limit guests. All guests must be registered and must park in assigned guest area. Extra guest parking is $3.00 per vehicle, per day. Guests are not permitted to park or drive in the campground unless they have a valid parking pass. Extra Guests are not permitted to bring their pets into the campground, including keeping the pet in their vehicle.
  • Tents cannot be setup at any rental unit.

  • $250 - $500 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in, either in cash or credit card. Security deposit is returned after the unit is inventoried and cleaned. Camp first must be contained inside your fire pit. Fire pits may not be moved or modified. Do not burn garbage or leave any unnatural materials inside of your fire pit. Firewood is for saleor you can bring your own.

  • Please do not reserve Terrace Mountain Lodge if you cannot provide a valid credit card for the damage deposit.
