CAMPING
Our clean pristine camping resort (30/50 amp service) is located in the Southern part of Huntingdon County approximately five miles from the Weaver Falls or Tatman Run Army Corp of Engineers public boat ramps, as well as Trough Creek State Park. We offer complimentary dry boat parking while you are registered at our campground. Our standard rates include up to six (6) related family members. Pets are free at the camp sites, but if you have more than two pets, tehre is a fee of $15.00 per night, for the 3rd pet. If you invite a guest to our camping resort, there will be an additional fee. Due to our insurance regulations, you may not invite your guest's pets!
While at our resort, please enjoy our game room, play some of our outdoor games or swim in our beautiful pool. We are open for campers from April 20 - December 9, 2012. Most of our sites include water, sewer, electric and cable. Ameniteis include hte use of our pool, outdoor games, play structure, game room and resort activities. Internet is available for a small fee.

CAMPSITE POLICIES
- Holidays: Memorial Day (5/25 - 27), Independence Day (6/29 - 7/7), Labor Day (8/31 - 9/2), Columbus Day (10/5 - 7), Thanksgiving (11/22 - 25)
- July Fourth (Independence Day) week will be Holiday Rates from 6/29 - 7/7.
- MILITARY: If you carry a Common Access Card (CAC) or a Uniformed Services ID you may be eligible for a 25% camping discount. The card must be presented at check-in. This discount is not valid for any holidays. This discount applies to camping sites and camping cabins. Only use the CAC rates if you can present your CAC identification card at check-in. No exceptions.
- "GAS SAVER SPECIAL": Book two or more reservations for consecutive weekends and get free storage for your camper and boat between visits.
- All camping rates include up to six (6) family members; 1-2 adults and 4-5 dependent children. A maximum of six (6) people are permitted at each campsite. The rates also include one (1) vehicle and one (1) boat or boat trailer. A vehicle is anything with an engine and two (2) or more wheels.
- Up to two (2) family pets are free, but you must provide proof of rabies. Pets must be registered. No unregistered pets. Additional fee of $15.00 per night for 3rd pet. Absolutely no more than three (3) pets at a campsite. Pets are admitted at manager's discretion.
- One (1) camping trailer, pop-up or tent on a campsite.
- Two (2) night minimum stay for all campsites on weekends. Three (3) night minimum stay on holidays.
- Day guests are $5.00 each and overnight guests are $10.00 each, regardless of age. Management has the right to limit guests. All guests must be registered and must park in assigned guest area. No guests are permitted to drive in the campground unless they have a valid parking pass. Guests are not permitted to bring their pets into the campground, including keeping the pet in their vehicle.
- Gate key deposit is $10.00 an dis refundable at check-out.
- Outside refrigerators are $4.00 per night. No exceptions.
- Each camper is entitled to one air conditioner. Extra air conditioners are $4.00 each night. No exceptions.
- Camp fires must be contained inside your fire ring. The ring may not be moved or modified. Do not burn garbage or leave any unnatural materials inside of your fire ring.
- WiFi is available for a small fee.
- Any campground policies are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy for Campsites:
If notice is received more than 14 days prior to arrival: Full Refund less $10.00 handling fee
14 - 8 days: Rain Check, less $10.00 handling fee and rain check expires at end of current camping season
7 - 0 days: No Refund / No Rain Check
Cabins / Park Model Home / RV-On-Site
Our "squeaky clean" log-sided non-smoking camping cabin will provide hours of relaxation during your vacation stay at our resort. We offer a complete linen package (additional fee) for your convenience or you can bring your own linens. Well-behaved family pets are welcome for an additional fee and damage deposit. The cabins fill up quickly so give us a call with your dates. Amenities include the use of our pool, outdoor games, play structure, game room and resort activities. Internet is available.

*Linens are not included in above pricing. Linen Package can be included for $10.00/per person. Linen Package includes: sheet sets, quilt or blanket, pillow(s), bed pad, towel set(s), bath mat, pool towel. Clean towels will be exchanged if you bring them to the office. All linens are counted. Missing linens may be charged against your security deposit. Our linens are sanitized; no linens are ever reused. All of our bedding is zipped in a vinyl cover.

- All rates include up to two (2) adults and a total of six (6) people in Black Bear Cabin; seven (7) in Red Fox and five (5) in the RV-On-Site. Rates also include one (1) vehicle and one (1) boat or boat trailer. A vehicle is anything with an engine and two (2) or more wheels. Extra vehicles or boats will incur a daily parking fee.
- BLACK BEAR CABIN: is pet friendly. A nightly pet fee of $15.00 per pet is collected at check-in. There is a $500.00 pet deposit either in cash or on your credit card. Pets must be registered. A maximum of two (2) pets are accepted. Security deposit is returned after unit is cleaned or within 48 hours of departure.
- All rental units are non-smoking. Smoking must be at least 10 feet from unit. There sill be an automatic $100.00 damage deposit fee taken if the cabin has been smoked in. No exceptions.
- We can provide linens for an additional fee. ALl mattresses have a vinyl zippered cover. You will need to bring all bedding, including pillows, bath towels and pool towels.
- Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends. Three (3) night minimum stay on holidays.
