Camping

Our clean pristine camping resort (30/50 amp service) is located in the Southern part of Huntingdon County approximately five miles from the Weaver Falls or Tatman Run Army Corp of Engineers public boat ramps, as well as Trough Creek State Park. We offer complimentary dry boat parking for one boat or jet ski while you are registered at our campground. Our standard rates include up to six (6) related family members. Up to two pets are free at the camp sites, with proof of rabies. If you invite a guest to the camping resort, there will be an additional fee. Due to our insurance regulations, you may not invite your guest's pets!

While at our resort, please enjoy our game room, play some of our outdoor games or swim in our beautiful pool. We are open for campers from May 1 - Nov 30, 2015. Most of our sites include water, sewer, electric and wi-fi.

The following is not included in your daily rate: Extra air conditioners, outdoor refrigerators, outdoor flood or spot lights, drag cords or anything not related to your RV cord. Additional examples: electric grills or cookers, indoor electric heaters or fireplaces. An additional daily fee of $10.00 will be assessed if an electric drag cord is plugged in without management's approval. Otherwise, the daily rate for extra air conditioners or electric outdoor refrigerators will be $5.00 per day.

Amenities include the use of our pool, outdoor games, play structure, game room and resort activities.

CAMPSITE POLICIES

  • Holidays: Memorial Day (5/22/15 - 5/25/15), Independence Day (6/26/15 - 7/5/15), Labor Day (9/4/15 - 9/7/15), Columbus Day (10/9/15 - 10/12/15), Thanksgiving (11/22/15 - 11/29/15)
  • July Fourth (Independence Day) week will be Holiday Rates from 6/26/15 - 7/5/15.
  • MILITARY: If you or your dependent spouse carries a Common Access Card (CAC) or a Uniformed Services ID you may be eligible for up to a 15% camping discount. The card must be presented at check-in. This discount is not valid for any holidays (see above). This discount applies to camping sites. No additional discount for extra people, extra pets, outdoor appliances or any personal use items. Only use the Military Rates if you can present your CAC or Uniformed Services ID card at check-in. No exceptions. (Discount will apply to: Active-duty military personnel, Retired military personnel, Active Reserve and Retired Reserve.) Add CAC at the end of your reservation to receive the Military Discount.
  • "GAS SAVER SPECIAL": Book two or more reservations for consecutive weekends and get free storage for your camper and boat between visits.
  • "WEEKLY DISCOUNT": Stay 6 nights; Get the 7th night FREE. Add the code: Stay6Get1Free at the end of your reservation.
  • Monthly Rate: $700.00 plus electricity.

  • GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All camping rates include up to six (6) adults or children; 1-2 adults and 4-5 dependent children. A maximum of six (6) people are permitted at each campsite. Any adult 18 and older will incur a daily $6.00 camping fee. The rates also include two (2) vehicles or one (1) vehicle and (1) boat or boat trailer. It is not guaranteed that both vehicles will be parked at your site. A vehicle is anything with an engine and two (2) or more wheels. Extra vehicles or boats will incur a daily parking fee of $3.00 per day and cannot be parked at the camping site. A parking spot will be assigned.
  • Up to two (2) family pets are free. You must provide proof of rabies. Pets must be registered. No unregistered pets. Absolutely no more than three (3) pets at a campsite. Pets are admitted at manager's discretion. The 3rd pet is $10.00/night.
  • One (1) camping trailer, pop-up or tent on a campsite. NO TENTS ARE ALLOWED ON YOUR SITE.
  • Two (2) night minimum stay for all campsites on weekends. Three (3) night minimum stay on holidays.
  • Day guests are $5.00 each (this price includes one vehicle) and day guests who decide to stay overnight will incur an additional fee of $7.00 each, regardless of age. Management has the right to limit guests and vehicles. All guests must be registered and must park in assigned guest area. Guests are not permitted to drive in the campground unless they have permission and a valid handicap parking pass. Guests are not permitted to bring their pets into the campground, including keeping their pets in their vehicle.
  • Gate key deposit is $10.00 and is refundable at check-out.
  • Any outside appliance or device that uses electricity is $5.00 per night. No exceptions. Any outside device or device that uses electricity should be declared and paid for at check-in. If it's found that this policy is not adhered to, management will automatically charge $10.00 per night.
  • Each RV is entitled to one air conditioner. Extra air conditioners are $5.00 per night. No exceptions. Undeclared charge will be $10.00 each, per night.
  • Camp fires must be contained inside of your fire ring. The ring may not be moved or modified. Do not burn garbage or leave any unnatural materials inside of your fire ring. Firewood is for sale or you can bring your own.
  • WiFi is available.

Cancellation Policy for Campsites:

All cancellations will incur an automatic $7.00 cancellation fee, plus the following additional fees:
  • 14-8 days: Credit issued less one nights' camping fee. Credit expires at end of current camping season.
  • 7 - 0 days: No refunds or credits.
  • Holiday Cancellations: No refunds or credits.
  • Any campground policies are subject to change.

Cabin / Park Model / RV-On-Site

Our "squeaky clean" log-sided non-smoking camping cabins will provide hours of relaxation during your vacation stay at our resort. We offer a complete linen package (additional fee) for your convenience or you can bring your own linens. Well behaved family pets are welcome. The cabins fill up quickly. The prices listed below include two people. Amenities include the use of our pool, outdoor games, play structure, game room, resort activities, WiFi, gas grill, fire pit and picnic table.

*Linens are not included in above pricing. Linen Package can be included for $25.00/per person. Linen Package includes: sheet sets, quilt or blanket, pillow(s), bed pad, towel set(s), bath mat, pool towel. Clean towels will be exchanged if you bring them to the office. All linens are counted. Missing linens may be charged against your security deposit. Our linens are sanitized; no linens are ever re-used. All of our bedding is zipped in a vinyl cover.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Little Valley Log Cabin & Black Bear Cabin

  • A maximum of six (6) people are permitted in any cabin rental. No groups under the age of 21. Identification will be required at check-in. The rates also include one vehicle to be parked at the cabin. Extra vehicles or boats will be parked in an assigned parking area. More than two (2) vehicles or one (1) vehicle and one (1) boat or boat trailer will incur a daily parking fee of $3.00.
  • We can provide bed linens, bath and pool towels for an additional fee of $25.00 per person. All mattresses have a vinyl zippered cover. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring all bedding, including pillows, bath towels and pool towels.
  • All renatal units are non-smoking. Smoking must be at least 20 feet from cabin. There will be an automatic $300.00 damage deposit fee taken if the cabin has been smoked in. No exceptions.
  • Family pets will incur a daily fee of $20.00 (up to two (2) pets). You must provide proof of rabies. Pets must be registered. No unregistered pets. All pets must be treated for fleas. If fleas are found, there will be a fee of $150.00 to hire Terminix. Pets are admitted at manager's discretion.
  • Tents cannot be setup at any rental unit.
  • Two (2) night minimum stay for all rental units on weekdays or weekends. Three (3) night minimum stay on holidays.
  • Day guests are $5.00 each (this price includes one vehicle) and day guests that decide to spend the night will incur an additional fee from $5.00 to $25.00 each. Management has the right to limit guests and vehicles. All guests must be registered and must park in assigned guest area. Guests are not permitted to drive in the campground unless they have management approval and they have a valid handicap parking pass. Day or overnight guests are not permitted to bring their pets into the campground, including keeping the pet in their vehicle.

  • Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival receive full refund less one nights' fee.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival: No refunds or credits issued.
